Chigoziri Wodu is a healthcare data strategist, educator, and transformation consultant with a decade of experience at the intersection of health sciences, digital innovation, and analytics. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of KinKel Consults, she leads a mission-driven consultancy committed to equipping healthcare organisations, public health institutions, and emerging analysts with the tools to make data-driven decisions that unlock meaningful impact.
With an academic foundation in Human Anatomy (MSc) and further credentials in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Health Information Management, Chigoziri has helped clients move from fragmented data systems to actionable insights. Her career journey, from academic research to hands-on data analytics, has uniquely positioned her to bridge the gap between technical tools and real-world healthcare needs.
She is also the visionary behind The Serene Analyst, a personal brand that champions thoughtful, grounded, and human-centred approaches to data learning and professional growth. Through mentoring, workshops, and storytelling, she empowers analysts, particularly those transitioning from non-technical backgrounds, to develop calm confidence and strategic skill sets in the field.
Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Health Information Management, she leads with vision and a fierce commitment to helping organisations unlock the full value of their data.
