A structured, unpaid career development and practical experience programme.
Associates will work on real KinKel communication tasks, receive feedback, attend short skills and career development sessions, and build practical outputs they can use as portfolio samples.
This programme is not a paid job, an employment offer, or a conventional internship.
It is a selective practical experience pathway for people who can commit to learning, contributing and improving their work through feedback.
Social Media Associate: Supports KinKel’s brand visibility and public communication across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Activities may include drafting posts, creating captions, supporting content calendars, developing campaign ideas, adapting long-form ideas into short posts and tracking basic engagement.
Video Production and Editing Associate: Supports KinKel’s short-form video production, editing and visual storytelling. Activities may include editing short clips, adding captions and basic branding, creating video templates, producing content from longer recordings, suggesting thumbnails and aligning video outputs with social media campaigns.

Participants will contribute to real content and communication activities that support KinKel's visibility and growth objectives. This provides practical experience of working within a professional consultancy environment rather than completing simulated exercises.
Participants will have opportunities to develop content, campaigns, and digital assets that can be included in their professional portfolios. These outputs can help demonstrate practical skills and experience when applying for future roles or projects.
Participants will receive guidance to help them better understand career pathways, strengthen their professional profiles, and present their skills effectively. Mentoring sessions will focus on practical strategies for improving employability and professional confidence.
Participants will take part in focused learning sessions designed to build knowledge in content creation, communication, and workplace professionalism. These workshops will combine practical insights with real-world examples relevant to modern consulting and digital environments.
Participants will gain insight into how communication supports organisations working across digital health, public health, data, and consulting sectors. This exposure will help broaden their understanding of professional communication within knowledge-driven industries.
Participants will receive regular feedback on their work to support continuous learning and improvement. The review process is designed to help individuals identify strengths, address areas for development, and build professional standards.
Participants who demonstrate commitment, professionalism, and consistent contribution throughout the programme may be eligible for a reference letter or recommendation from KinKel. This recognition is intended to support future employment, educational, or professional opportunities.

Important note: The programme is unpaid and selective. It is designed for practical learning, supervised contribution and career development. It is not a job offer or employment contract.
